Bad service complaint

Very bad service from Incredible at pavillion. My laptop handed in for warranty repair on 02/05/2025. Now they say laptop is lost? misplaced?. I need a replacement URGENTLY !!! NOW NOW Manager does not return my calls. ASUS E410 bought July 2024 I need a laptop URGENT!! Dave Cannon
