Bad service by incredible connection middelburg

On the 22nd of April 2025 I returned TCL 55 inch tv at incredible connection middelburg mall where I bought it on the 8th of March 2024, the tv suddenly stopped working. They took the tv and said it will be under repair for the maximum of 3 weeks, on the 7th of may 2025 I went for a follow up and the technical guy by the name of Mzwake said it’s still under repair, on the 20th of may 2025 I called for a follow up again and the very same guy said that it’s still under repair but they will follow it up. On the 16th of May 2025 I went to the store and to my surprise the tv is still in store nothing has been done to it yet. It’s almost a month without my tv
