Bad service bad attitude and bad faulty product

Please be careful when you buy anything from Incredible connection. I bought a product in July 2020 . The item is faulty and they refuse to replace it. Bad service and bad attitude is is all I received from them. My money was good but not the product. I will never deal with them again.
