Bad service, Bad !!!!

I am at my last end with them, I have bought an Ice Machine from their online store, they have given me updates on delivery and even sent me an last email to say we see I have received it and if I could please give them some feedback, on that reply I said thank you I did received it in good order but I would rather take a refund as the machine will not suit my business. They fetched it within a few days after my request, and now they refuse to answer me back as to when I will receive my refund or what the next step is. as it was online I presume it came from DBN as it was returned to them via Skynet. i have all the prove and waybill and order numbers but I have no one that anwswers me back? Now i've lost my refund AND they have their returned item. So its a loose loose situation for me :( Highly dissapointed and they are quick to take your money, but now they are nowwhere to be found, I even logged a ticket on their online site where you select your refund option, but no such luck
