Bad service at incredible connection

<p>I was standing in the que to pay for my printer ink and they had one till open. Ursula was the cashier . One of the other cashiers Sibongile was sitting in front of me behind a till point starring at me so i eventually asked him if its the norm for them to sit and relax while customers wait in line to pay? He jumped up mumbled something about only 1 out of the 4 tills working and ran away in between the shelfs.</p> <p> </p> <p>Wont be going back to the grove mall incredible connection store again.</p>
