Bad service and useless tracking.

Don't use the Incredible Connect ONLINE store. I ordered a smart watch online and it has been a nightmare. My tracking number shows that my parcel is 'out for delivery'. 2 days later, I phoned the courier company my parcel is meant to be delivered by. They tell me they have no record of that parcel. So I phone Incredible Connection and they tell me 'Oh no, on their side, the parcel hasn't even been shipped yet'. Yet my tracking number says otherwise. It gives me details on the product and even the invoice, but the tracking is completely wrong. It also tells me that the 'Deliver by date' is the exact same as the 'Order placed' date which is obviously impossible. So now I'm told I must just wait, basically. How must I even know when to expect the delivery? I can't leave the house now until it arrives. I ordered a smart watch for my husband on TakeAlot the day after I ordered mine on Incredible Connection, and it arrived today. Deeply regret ordering from Incredible Connection. Waste of my time and patience.
