Bad service and Staff

We wanted to open an Account and my Husband had all the paperwork that was required to do the application. He then waited about 30 min for service and when he ask the staff where the lady that is supposed to help him was they said she was next door at Hi Fi Corporation. I would like to know since when does 1 Person that worked at 1 shop goes to a next shop if their is clients that are waiting for them. I have the worst experience at this shop. Hope to see better Service when I go next time.
