bad service and not being very helpfull

I went to purchase an apple IPad on contract with Vodacom at Incredible connection shop L43 at Sandton City shopping centre on the 29th of May 2015 at about 14H45 , firstly the person who was suppose to be assisting at the Vodacom work station was not there her collegues had to go and look for her , when she finally came , she didn't show any interest , she just tossed me with the application forms and did not help me to fill them in she just let me alone to go chat with her collegue I struggled m to fill some parts and she just moved away from me and again had to ask one of her collegues to go ,look for her , she came back to upload my application but was very slow she said she thought I was on a lunch break that's why she was taking her time, I sat there for over an hour waiting for the contract to be processed after that was done she handed me the ipad and a wifi router with a sim card that was suppose to be activated in store and she didn't activate it she didn't even bother to explain to me how these devices works and didn't check if everything was in order with them, I had to go home and call Vodacom with my airtime and it wasn't activated.
