Bad Service and No customer respect

Good day. I have been asking about my outstanding order for the past 3 weeks, No one is giving me a way forward. It has been a frustrating experience that i am getting from your store. I have Provided the Proof of deliveries and Order numbers to your agents but still I am not being assisted but instead I am told about Investigations and Escalations, I have been nothing but patient and i am disappointed about the level of service i have received from your company. I purchased 10 Projectors from your store, I only received 9 and i provided the Proof of Deliveries to your agents. Till today i am fighting to get my one outstanding projector. No one is willing to assist and the sad thing is that I don't owe them anything and this will impact my business as well.
