Bad Service and misleading information on products online.

I have ordered a fitness watch online as it was stated that they have it in stock, after the 14 working days delivery promise on the website the order still haven't been processed. After calling them they say they don't have any stock. They want and get your money instantly but when asking for a refund you have to wait 7 working days to get your money back. Service is bad, never supporting again.
