BAD Service after sales

<p>Bought a printer from Incredible Connection in Paarl Mall and has been struggeling to get it fixed since 1 Feb 2017. Every time I call to follow up it's a new person with a new excuse. How many months will it still be before a small problem can be fixed. They must add that in the fine print, DO NOT ASK US TO FIX!!! </p>
