Bad service after online purchase

Ordered a tv online they still had not delivered nor provide with a tracking. Upon phoning today they said the tv I ordered is out of stock and they will refund me in two weeks. I was not notified by email or anything, meanwhile I am waiting like a fool for my TV to be delivered. I can go to another store this weekend to buy a tv but I don't have my refund yet. Will never buy from Incredible Connection again.
