Bad Service

I've never been so disappointed with the service I got. I bought a pair of samsung buds online on the 23rd in the morning. Still today the 1st of December I haven't received my item. I contacted customer care twice and all I was told was we will escalate the matter and get someone to call you back; and none of them will contact you. If you really want stressless online shopping just stay away from this company.
