Bad service

16th Nov 2020 went to Wonderpark to pay off my laptop laybye. And when I had paid I was given the wrong colour laptop and had to return to store. Upon return the corrent was out of stock. Not forgetting when I took the wrong colour laptop I wasnt given a receipt not warranty registered. I then ordered the correct laptop online. Today I receive a call froma very rude Brian from Fedex whom I advised that am lrave and not at work to receive the parcel but had asked someone to receive it forme. Instead he was rude when I asked if it can be delivered to Pta North and when it can be delivered. All I got was rudeness.

2 different events where I received bad treatment. I no longer want the laptop please cancel the order
