Bad SERVICE !!

It is with great disappointment and frustration that I'm sending this email. Firstly if your customer us calling requesting asking something specific fo not recommend a product they don't want because you don't have it in store. I had to order my product online and still waiting for delivery. When calling I'm put on hold for 11min and had to hang up!!! Your tracking tool does not work and tells me they can't give me any information. Your's in total disappointment!!!!!!
