bad service !

We had a terrible experience this morning - there were so many staff members and no one to assist. The price of the the Hp printer was more expressive then the hp store asked to speak to the manager and when he came he said that is the price,they cant better it. Once paid we had to wait for some one to help us carry the printer but no one came so we carried it on our own to the car. Terrible service - staff unfriendly- and everyone doing there on thing no customer service.
