Bad service

On the 4th of July I made an online purchase of a laptop computer and cordless mouse. I received an email with my Invoice and order number and a tracking record showing the order has been picked and status was shipped with courier. Until today I have not received my shipment and after numerous calls I had no satisfaction of a positive response. The shipment was meant to be delivered to my JHB office in order for me to do training this week in JHB. My trip has been a waste of travel expenses and accommodation. and i am out of pocket for the purchase of the laptop and mouse.
