Bad Service

I in at incredible connection the first time and spoke to a lady, as I was explaining my problem she put the phone down on me. I then called back several Times and no one answered. On my eighth attempt a man answered and told me he could not hear me and put the phone down.

What a shame for incredible connection to have such slackers working for them! Maybe u should employ people that actually wanna work and provide good customer service!
