Bad Service

I went to Incredible Connection Colonade shopping Centre on Sunday 06/12/2020 to apply for credit to take out a Vodacom contract, i have been following up with the store since Monday and was told that they are struggling to sent my bank statements to Vodacom, i received a call today and there is no change, i asked them if i can call Vodacom and i was told that it wont help. I am surprised and disappointed that this can take so long.
