Bad service

Incredible connections, Vaal mall, Vanderbijlpark is such a ridiculous place to buy anything. Rude staffs and very dishonest manager who only looks for ways to ***** from people. I returned an item I bought withing 7days and they made d whole refund processing so hard. D terms and condition states they need only proof of purchase to return an item, but they now requesting for bank details, ID which was not required when I bought the item. They could not even give me cash back. D manager is such an asshole who screams at clients and always undermine client.

I returned a JBL sound system I bought 3 months back for them to fix, but after 2 wks, d sound system is still lying on d floor of d store gathering store.

What sort of useless and uncaring company does that to a client
