Bad Service

Went to Incredible Connection Westage today, I saw a TV that was on special and it was on display. The sales lady assisting me told me that the tv as available and I could buy it. When we were busy with the lady, another sales person came and said she has it reserved for another client. How is that possible? Even if the other person has bought it, it was still on display and the other sales people didn't know about this. I wanted to purchase the TV set. It was a Hisence Smart TV 65 inch. It was on special for R5600.
