Bad service

Good day

I went to Incredible collections today in ALBERTON new market next to FNB 2020/08/05 at 12:30 with regards to my laptop that i bought last year only used 3 times and now the problem is that it does switch on, but not displaying anything on the screen .

Went the thinking that i will get help same time as i have my assignment that i need to submit on Monday.

Raymond did took an initiative to take it and check, but it dint display the screen , then he called the guy by the name of WANDILE so they say that he is their technician in that store , Lol he didn't even check to see what should be a course of a problem he only told me that i must take it to BOKSBURG.

I mean if you are a technician he was supposed to help me as a customer. He doesn't have a customer services at all that guy.

He looked me from top to bottom as if i`m just no body.

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM WANDILE.
