Bad service

They sold me a laptop without a charger and when I asked about it they said they don’t have it in stock..I’m stuck with a laptop that I can’t charge ,missing out on school work .One of their consultants said I must go check at Ok,Russels or hifi cop.Why do they even sell if if there’s no charger in stock 😡😡
