Bad service

Yesterday i went there to open a contract for iphone at Incredible Connection at Southgate Mall and i waited 15mins to be helped, when i finally got helped the lady who didn’t have a name tag on was just so rude, after i filled in some paper work i waited another 20mins for another lady called Mimi to come log into the system, the first lady who helped me with paper went to look for Mimi for almost 15 mins, when she finally came back she told me how Mimi is in training and I should leave my documentation with them and they will help me and I should come back tomorrow, of which i told them I didn’t feel comfortable leaving my important documents with them and thats when the lady gave me more attitude and left me with another lady who just took my documents and tore them right infront of me because i refused my to leave my documents with them, she even told me that theres nothing she can do. There was just no sense of urgency with the staff, while there was loud music playing in the store where one couldn’t even hear themselves think. I am so disappointed by the service i got at Incredible connection Southgate.
