Bad service

Sent my sons IPAD to the Pavillion branch on November 2024. It takes them 21 working day to assess. They said damaged by user R 12000 to repair. I refused quote. Drove to the branch as they didn't answer phones on 21 December 2024 to advise them to bring my unit back to the store. I am still waiting. 1 excuse after the other. Don't deal with them. Useless people.
