Bad Service

I went to the Incredible Connection store in the Greenacres branch as I wanted to buy a laptop on credit. I had a look at the different laptops and a salesman assisted me to choose which one I want. In addition, I also bought a laptop bag and Office Home 2013 and afterwards I was told that I would be contacted if my application for credit was accepted. I was then called the next day to come to the store and when I got to the store I was made to wait for more than 2 hours. In addition to this, the manager had a very bad attitude and was disrespectful to me when I complained about being made to wait for a very long time. The biggest issue for me was that I was never given any sort of evidence with regards to the items that I bought on credit via Hi-Finance and it was never processed on the system and I also never got a till slip that proved I bought the products there. The only thing I got was a quotation from Hi- finance on a white and green slip which was never stamped by the security guard rendering it useless and I was also never contacted by Incredible Connection with regards to the laptop that I bought.
