Bad service

On 26/11/2018 I went to Incredible Connection shop West Coast Mall regarding something I bought on Black Friday and their latest deal which is actually better(returning product in its full package).The 2 gentleman assisting me with my qeustions were very helpful telling me I can return it since I didnt open it. This morning at 09H00 I went back returning it,the gentleman assisting was at the till and willing to help me.A lady came not sure if she is the manager(didnt introduce herself),but very rude tells me she wont do it.I told her than I dont want the product and I will call customer service regarding her attitude embarrassing me in front of other customers as well.I just felt its wrong unproffesional for a person in her position even if she was a sales lady to treat a customer that way.She refunded me but refuse to sell me the product with the better deal. I hope for a swift response.
