Bad Service

I tried to purchase an item online on Black Friday, however the item got sold out on Friday. After numerous attempts to locate the item throughout the weekend, I was told they were out of stock country wide. Come Monday morning, the item is suddenly available at the list price? It looks to me like they had stock and did not want to sell anymore more units. They did not state anywhere that there will be a limited number of units available. On Monday when I saw that they have stock, I queried and I was told someone would contact me. Three days later and no one has. I have sent proof that the Item was indeed out of stock throughout the weekend and available on Monday.
