Bad Service

Hi My name is Pumza Last year February I took my iphone 5 for repairs with a broken screen to the Sandton City branch, the lady who had assisted me had gone for maternity leave when i went back to collect the phone. I was told to come back on another and i left the amount due for the repairs which was R2500. I sent my partner to pick the phone and came back with nothing. I had informed them that i'm relocating and he'll be the person picking the phone up. I kept calling and was told that the phone cannot be found as the repairs company had moved to other premises. After a few times of calling eventually the phone was found however the requested that i produce a receipt after a year. At first they promised to give the phone and thereafter changed. I told them to check with the company who did the repairs and they confirmed that the phone was found lying somewhere at the back. My question is, why would the company leave behind a phone that wasn't paid for? It's now almost 2 years and i still haven't received my phone.

Kindly assist, I will not let this go, I want my phone back from these people.

Their staff is so unprofessional especially management. I requested the head office number several times and non of them gave me the numbers.

I am very upset and i'm trying to find ways of resolving this because my next step is to go to the newspapers.
