I was there on Friday in brits mall

All the staff was sitting behind the counter, so I ask them something about x box and they ignore me so I ask louder and still ignore me.

So I ask another lady and she couldn’t help me because she don’t know nothing about x box. So I ask her to order me a game and the answer was NO
