BAD SERVICE

Like others, I placed an order via the Online Store 2 weeks ago, In tracking my order, it said it was shipped two days later............ but it has vanished into the ether! I have escalated over 6 times via calls, emails and Whatsapp.... NOTHING! How they stay in business beats me! I am cancelling my order and placing it with an organisation more reliable!
