Bad Service

I have been trying for 2 hrs. to get support, call the call center press 4 for support. No call a store we cannot help you. Called Canal Walk 2 x .... no call center, do that again, .... no call your branch.

20 min of cell phone Calls, I have been medically boarded, cannot drive and this a simple problem. It can be telephonically resolved. No, I need to take computer into the store!!! REALLY????
