Bad Service

<p>We ordered a Pastel Package from Incredible Connection Vaal Mall as they did not have the correct in stock. According to them it would take 2 to 3 days for the package to arrive. We are now standing on almost 2 weeks. After numerous calls we still have not received it. We got 3 different stories, first a manager called Dirk would have collected the package from The Glen and then the next day the story is that the courier got ****** the same day that the manager would have picked it up. No communication was received from the store. </p>
