Bad service

My girlfriend orderd an iPhoneX from incredible connections & it started giving her battery problems 3-4 weeks after it was dilevered to her,she returned it back to the store & it was apparently fixed according to the incredible connections,she continued to use it but it has never functioned as expected.They do not want to accept that they sold a bad phone
