Bad service

I bought two cell phone online at incredible connection and one didn't work from the first day I took it back to the store they said they have to take it back to supplier even today I have received refund or new phone, And the second one it stop working from few months then i took it back same story and I have received it ,now they have both phone with them and now one is telling what is happening I took back to incredible connection Vaal Mall
