Bad serivice Incredible Connection

We took my son`s notebook back as the battery were faulty. Firstly the guy being in charge of returns was on lunch at 09;00 - they just opened and when we asked him- he said he was entiteled to lunch. - they promise to phone us the Monday- they only phoned as the following Monday - a week after the notebook was given in. They said 10 working days - with the public holiday we went there and it was still not back at the shop. It was only there the Wednesday.

Not good service at all
