Bad sales person at Somerset West branch

This afternoon at 12:58 on 10 January 2023, I telephoned your Somerset West (Western Cape) branch and I spoke to a sales person with the name of Taariq or Toriq (not sure about the correct spelling of the name). He ensured me that his branch do have the Samsung A53 cell phone. I told him I'm on my way. I drove an hour and wasted my time and petrol to go to this branch. When I got there the very same sales person said to me he "thought I meant the A35" (which I think is not even released yet) and they don't have the A53 in stock, without apologizing that he made an error. We are all human and make mistakes, but at least apologize to a potential customer and acknowledge he made a mistake. He also never offered to order the phones. He just turned around and continued in a conversation with his co-workers. I was about to buy a few of those phones for my American co-workers, so you lost a great deal of money today due to an ******** and idiotic sales person. I suggest your branch manager should teach their staff to listen and pay attention, and also treat potential customers with respect. You clearly only employ people of colour, and that is fine if that is the way you want it, but please employ people with at least intelligence instead of just the colour of their skin.
