Bad product?!

<p>Bought a brand new Hewlett Packard laptop for almost 13 000 rand at incredible connection in secunda on Friday only to find out that some of the keyboard key functions is switched around. How does this work?? Buy a brand new laptop and then the product is faulty? I thought that HP was supposed to be a good company with quality products. I will not recommend HP to anyone again after this is the product I get</p>
