I bought a computer hard drive and i was told that they i must leave my laptop so that they can install the new hard drive and transfer the data from my old drive to the new one. I did that and i come back the following day to fetch my laptop , when it was time to pay i was surprised that i was charged for basic software installation and service fee windows installation. When i left my laptop i was not informed that i will need to pay extra for the service, and when i try to enquire with the teller she informed me that the person who was supposed to explain that left i must wait for him. I decided to pay cause i was in a hurry
