bad online service - not delivering

Do NOT SHOP ONLINE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION I am so not about bringing a business down especially in these times where everything is worse but to find out I am one of many disappointed customers is a whole different ball game.

Shopped online after 2 weeks my tracking says returned to sender. I did email them before asking why its taking so long.

I called twice no feed back Emailed another 2 times no feedback Phoned my nearest store no feedback

Another week has passed No feed back
