Bad online service

I recently purchased a laptop online, and while the purchasing process was smooth, I am extremely frustrated with the delivery experience. I received a note that the delivery was scheduled for 18:42 at my office, but I was later informed that it would be returned to the warehouse because I was “not available.” I fail to understand how a delivery scheduled to an office address could reasonably be attempted at 18:35, a time when most offices are already closed. This makes it impractical and inconvenient for customers and results in unnecessary delays.
