bad online service

i purchased a TV online yesterday and i did not receive a confirmation for my order as stated on the website. Also there is no communication that when you buy on line you must wait 24 to 48 hours for the ID to be verified? as i planned this according to the days i have to get the TV

please can you advise as i cannot with 24-48 hours and also why have i not received the confirmation f my order ?
