BAD ONLINE PURCHASE EXPERIENCE

Extremely bad delivery service. I've placed an online order on the 30th August 2019 and still have have not received delivery till this day 03rd October 2019. The online tracking system doesn't work. I've made numerous follow up calls and sent emails. I'm extremely not happy with this online service experience.
