Bad online purchase experience

I regret making an online purchase at this store.i made my order on the 9th of July 2020 and now it’s been two weeks I haven’t received my order. They said the delivery would take 2 to 7 days. I’ve wasted my money on airtime calling them and their courier company. All useless. I’ve spent R10k on my order. I recently went to Makro to purchase something else and I saw the item I purchased online at Incredible connections it there at Makro. I should have rather went there and I would have taken my purchased item home with me. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using their online purchase system.
