Bad online experience

I recent bought a laptop hp elitebook 840 G8 core i7 online from Incrediable connections. After waiting for days i got the wrong laptop, hp 830 (lower GPU) from them. I called customer service and was told ill have to take the laptop to a physical store. So you buy online and return at the store OK. I finally returned the laptop and was told ill get what i ordered after a week. Week later, to my surprise, i still got the wrong laptop. Now i am told the warehouse in Pretoria doesnt have the laptop they advertised. Now i have to wait 2 weeks to get my money back.

Apparently online stores and physical shops have different operating systems, so when you buy online you practically taking a risk, buying from a ghost you cant complain to. Very unhappy with the experience
