Bad online delivery service

A single essential item ordered online from the "essentials list" on the Incredible Connections Website on 20 April 2020. Delivery was to take place in 3 - 5 days. 23 Days later on 13 May 2020, I phoned I.C. (after several emails ) and cancelled the order and requested a refund as I had no more need for the item. Then they arrive on 14 May with the delivery (which I did not accept as I cancelled the day before).
