Bad management

Northgate branch only has one lady called Mmapitsi for cellphone contracts and she's the only one to assist at the till while everyone is standing and the manager being present. If she's not in her job stands because there's no on who can do her job. She's swamped with lots of work while her colleagues stands in the store and chats. Please look into this manager as discussed while I was there.
