Bad experience with Incredible connection online store

I Ordered an Item on the 4th of December online, I cancelled it the following day because as I read more reviews on the Items i decided its not what i want after all. I paid online via credit, its been a full week and i have not received any feedback, the sales still hasnt been reversed and i am being charged interest unduly, my biggest mistake is using the online platform, I have called multiple times and yet the status of the order remains the same and no one seems to know what they are doing. the 5 day money in your account policy has not been honored even though i submitted all the required things on time. Its a shame that I will never buy anything online from incredible connection out of fear.
