Bad service and unfulfilled promise

On the 5th of April I bought a DSTV HD decoder with dish at Incredible Connection Middelburg Mpumalanga with a promotion of 3 months free Access package. The subscription worked for the 1st week and it stopped working, I called Incredible Connection for assistance and they sent me to contact DSTVMultichoice since they had no assistance. I had a bad experience with Incredible Connection before but I thought it was an isolated incident but no I’m encountering yet problem. I’ve went to the Multichoice offices in Middelburg Mpumalanga 3 times with no help, I did give them my Incredible Connection Invoice. My subscription is still blocked as I’m writing now and the the middelburg offices are still waiting on the head offices meanwhile I’m not getting what I’ve paid for. My next option will be cancellation since I’m sittting with a dish and decoder that’s not working since there’s a problem that I’m not told exactly what it is!!! I will never ever buy anything at your company ever again and I’m advising everyone to never use this company ever.
