Bad delivery service

Ridiculously poor service from the online delivery service. Ordered product on 13 Dec, was promised delivery whithin 5 working days. When delivery disn’t take place we started calling IC, but they have been telling us that the product will be delivered every day since the 20th of Dec. Still waiting and no way to contact the courier company. Will definately NOT use it again! #sadchildrenwithnochristamsgifts
